Make Money From The Affiliate Programs

without comments

There are many companies or individuals who are promoting their products online. So they offer an affiliate program for website owners. So, if you want to promote their products, you can sign up their affiliate programs completely free. Then you will get a unique affiliate code which include your affiliate ID. You paste the code on your website. When the code get a result from your website, the company or individual who are promoting this product will pay you some money. Usually, you are paid every month when you reach $50 or more. It is really depending on the program.

Generally, there are four type of affiliate programs for you. CPM, CPC, CPL and CPS.

CPM means Cost Per Impression. When you paste the code on your site, the banner are displaying when visitors open your site. Then you will be paid. The money depends on how many unique visitors per 24 hour do you have. You will get $3 or more per 1000 impressions. The price depends on the affiliate program and the traffic where come from.

CPC means Cost Per Click. When a visitor click the advertisement after you paste the code on your website, the affiliate program will pay you. The price of one click depends on the affiliate and where the visitor come from too. Yahoo have launched their Pay per Click in 2005. The price is very good for webmasters. But it is only allowing publishers from US now. Usually, Some programs just as Yahoo and Google, are called PPC programs too.

CPL means Cost Per Lead. For example, someone is running a dating site. He want to get more members and set up an affiliate program. When a member is referred by your affiliate ID, he will pay you some money. So the money you you earn depends on how many leads do you promote from your site. There are many good CPL affiliate programs pay you on time, such as HydraMedia, LinkConnector and so on.

CPS means Cost Per Sale. Just like CPL, when a people sign up for a membership and buy something under your affiliate ID, the advertiser will pay you 10% more or less or an exact amount of money. It will run very good when your websites’ content is matching the advertiser’s products. For example, if your website is about cell phones, the advertisers who are selling cell phones or doing cell phone services are very good for you.

There are some small skills when selecting which affiliate programs do you want to promote. If your site have many impressions every day, you should select CPM. If your site are professional content based, CPL will be very good for you.

OK. Just find some affiliate programs and select one or more to promote them. Then get paid from them next month. If you want to know more about making money from your web site, just check out the link below. You may find something you are looking for.

To Join or Not to Join an Affiliate Program

    without comments

Selling is one of the best ways to earn money. Actual selling can be difficult especially if you need to go to different places, carrying your products, and offering it face to face with your customer. Some are even a bit ashamed to do the actual physical selling themselves, because they don’t want to be turned down.

Selling nowadays is not only done through physical product selling, but also through affiliate programs. Have you heard of that term before? If you’re new on the net, it simply means selling a product or service through commission basis. But this involves online selling, unlike the physical selling that most people dread.

If you have your very own website, it is much easier to start an affiliate program. It is an opportunity that you must not ignore because it can give you a considerable sum of money if you just know what it’s all about and how it is carried out.

Here are important things that you should know before you join an affiliate program:

    1. The different types of affiliate programs; including the pay per sale, pay per click, pay per lead, bounty, and two tier.

Once a customer buys a particular item, you will be paid a commission by ‘pay per sale’.

The ‘pay per click’ type pays you every time a customer visits the site, and it doesn’t matter if the customer made a purchase or not, however, you’ll earn more if the customers purchase something. With a PPC type, companies pay at the range of .05 dollars to .15 dollars.

You are paid a one-time fee only for each customer that visits the site; the payment is usually between two dollars to five dollars. If a customer signs up for application, the higher yield you’ll get.

If you are able to refer a customer, you will get a finder’s fee. If in the future the customer makes any purchases, you will no longer receive any commission, and this is called a bounty.

If you are able to make direct sales, you get a commission; and if your sub-affiliates generate sales, you will also get a commission out of their sales, this is called two tiered.

    2. The benefits

The benefits of an affiliate program includes: all you have to do is to bring prospects to visit your site and you will not deal with people such as wholesalers, brokers, customer service, employees, technical support, process orders, warranties, and many more. You don’t need to stay on your computer to keep track of the site, you’re free to go for a vacation, rest, etc.; and most especially, you can do it anywhere as long as there is an internet connection.

After weighing all these things, it’s time to decide if you’ll join an affiliate program or not. Once you decide to join, the company will give you a URL or a link. This links are used to gain access to the company’s website.

This will allow the company to monitor your website, and the payment or commission that should be given to you.

Affiliate programs make money, so why not join the force. The internet is just there, waiting for interested people who are willing to venture into different business opportunities. If you’re capable, and can become an effective affiliate, act now and join.

How Affiliates Can Succeed Using Ezine Marketing

    without comments

The Importance of Ezines in Affiliate Marketing

If you want to be successful in affiliate marketing, your top traffic building technique should include using online newsletters ? also known as Ezines.

Ezine marketing involves giving your subscribers something interesting to read on a regular basis. Affiliate marketing using Ezines is becoming more popular as people recognize it as an efficient way to increase traffic to an affiliate product site. Here are a few other important tools that should be used along with your Ezine efforts.

    Auto Responders

To make the best use of your time and reach a wider audience with your marketing, an auto responder is a must. Use a well-established auto responder service like Aweber.com. They provide you with several templates and scripts that you can use to personalize the Ezine. Auto responders like this also give you the ability create your own design and link to your blog or web-site.

Once you have your template, you can input newsletters in advance and set up a date for them to be sent out. They will then be automatically sent to your subscribers on the dates that you requested.

Include a Free Offer on Your Web Page

Even though some people claim that you can make money without a web-site, if you want to do any PPC advertising, you definitely need at least one web-site. At first, you can buy a generic name (example: 123info.com). Then, you can link affiliate products to sub-pages of the main page, using the product name as part of the web-site link (example: 123info.com/affiliatemarketing.html)

A web site will also allow you to request information from your subscribers. It’s not always easy to build a list of subscribers, so be sure to offer something of value if you want people to give away their name and email address.

Usually, this is an eBook connected to the product that you are promoting. If you don?t already have an eBook, see if you can buy resell rights to an eBook in your niche.

Your web page should always promote your product while engaging visitors to your site through bits of information about the eBook that you are giving away.

Then, at the bottom of the page, offer a subscription to your Ezine and let your customers know that they can receive the eBook as a bonus for becoming your subscriber.

    Free Gifts for Subscribers

Another way to entice visitors to subscribe to your Ezine, is to offer one or more free gifts (not an eBook) in exchange for their email address. You might even consider investing a few dollars in wristbands or calendars that advertise the product. This keeps you and your product at the forefront of a subscriber?s mind (and also allows you to collect their full name and address).

Once they are subscribers, you can continue to promote your affiliate products through the Ezine. If you give your subscribers something that is worth reading, they will come to trust you and will continue to read the newsletters that you send them.

Combining An Affiliate Program And A Website To Earn Residual Income From Home

    without comments

Almost everyone who works from home has an idea about affiliate programs and websites. They have the idea that just having an affiliate program and a website will allow them to make residual income. It is a little more complicated than that, though. Both an affiliate program and a website can be combined to make residual income, but there are some things a person must do to ensure they get the most out of this combination.

Many people have heard that adding affiliate programs to their website can help them to start earning residual income. That is true, but if a person goes about it the wrong way they may not see anything come of it. To make affiliate programs and websites work together they have to go together. There are a couple reasons for this. First of all, the people visiting the website already have an interest in the types of products being sold there, so they would be more likely to be interested in an affiliate program that is related to the other products. Second, if a customer sees an affiliate program that is not tied in at all to the rest of the website they may see it as unprofessional. They may even believe that this business is not for real or a scam. They definitely are not going to click through to learn about the affiliate program or its products. So, it is essential to find an affiliate program that works with the existing product line.

Placement of the affiliate ads is also important. They should not be placed where they will compete or interfere with the sales of the primary products. Some people choose to make a while separate page for affiliate programs. Others work them into their product pages. It is very important to make it clear that they are affiliate programs and will open a new window. Some people might get confused if a new window pops up and may close down both sites. The whole idea is for them to compliment the main products and site, not interfere with it.

The beauty of combining affiliate programs with a business website is that it sets up multiple streams of income. Having multiple streams of income is important. It is like the old saying says – do not put all your eggs in one basket. Business fluctuates. What is hot one day may not be the next. When a person relies on one income source they can easily be devastated if one of them starts to fail or business gets slow. By having different income sources or multiple streams of income a person is developing financial stability.

Adding affiliate programs to an existing website is not difficult. It takes some consideration and planning, though to make it work. By choosing and placing ads carefully a business owner can make the most of the situation and build nice multiple streams of income. They will boost their income while also being able to incorporate everything together.

Using Affiliate Programs in the Online Business world

    without comments

With any online business you must have a product or service to sell. First you must create this product or service and then you must be able to fill orders or find people who will sell it for you for a hefty commission. If you are not interested in doing that, then you better choice is joining an “affiliate program”.

An affiliate program is the easiest online business to start with and will continue for years to come.

Starting with an affiliate program is a great way to get started in the online business world. There are many affiliates who are making a nice and comfortable full time income from affiliate programs. They are also known as “Super Affiliates”.

So, what exactly are affiliate programs?

Affiliate programs allow you to sell another company’s service or product and make a commission on every sale made. You don’t even have to build a website, process the order, ship the product to the person, or anything like that. Your only job is to drive traffic (customers) to your affiliate link and hope that they click on it and buy the product.

An affiliate link is a special URL code that will identify customers coming to the company’s site from your advertising efforts.

Another good thing about affiliate programs is that many of them offer a 2nd tier level opportunity. What does 2nd tier mean? It simply means that when someone signs up to the same affiliate program that you are promoting through your link in order to promote it themselves, then you have the opportunity to make a small portion of future sales that the person will make. This is another awesome way to make extra money with affiliate programs.

When you have found a program that looks interesting you should read the terms of the program. Make sure that payouts are not based on a high commission earning or you may never see your money. Also try to choose programs with high commission rates. Often you will find ebooks and downloadable software has the highest rates as there is no physical product to make or ship. If you are satisfied with the terms then you need to sign up – usually a simple process.

It is also VERY important to know that if many people (other affiliates) who used to promote a product that never payed out comissions after the affiliates made those sales for them, then you know that you do not want to promote it. You have to be careful. You can usually go to any forum online and ask other people what they thought about a particular product that you just joined and wanted to promote.

    Starting your marketing efforts:

The reason affiliate programs are so wonderful for beginners and starters is that you only need to focus on marketing it and not making the actual product itself. This is the beauty of affiliate programs. Imagine if you had to come up with the product, create it, market it, find customers, process orders, ship the product, and other time consuming things.

Top 3 Ways To Boost Your Affiliate Commissions Overnight

    without comments

The ideal world of affiliate marketing does not require having your won website, dealing with customers, refunds, product development and maintenance. This is one of the easiest ways of launching into an online business and earning more profits.

Assuming you are already into an affiliate program, what would be the next thing you would want to do? Double, or even triple, your commissions, right? How do you do that?

Here are some powerful tips on how to boost your affiliate program commissions overnight.

    1. Know the best program and products to promote. Obviously, you would want to promote a program that will enable you to achieve the greatest profits in the shortest possible time.

There are several factors to consider in selecting such a program. Choose the ones that have a generous commission structure. Have products that fit in with your target audience. And that has a solid track record of paying their affiliate easily and on time. If you cannot seem to increase your investments, dump that program and keep looking for better ones.

There are thousands of affiliate programs online which gives you the reason to be picky. You may want to select the best to avoid losing your advertising dollars.

Write free reports or short ebooks to distribute from your site. There is a great possibility that you are competing with other affiliates that are promoting the same program. If you start writing short report related to the product you are promoting, you will be able to distinguish yourself from the other affiliates.

In the reports, provide some valuable information for free. If possible, add some recommendations about the products. With ebooks, you get credibility. Customers will see that in you and they will be enticed to try out what you are offering.

    2. Collect and save the email addresses of those who download your free ebooks. It is a known fact that people do not make a purchase on the first solicitation. You may want to send out your message more than six times to make a sale.

This is the simple reason why you should collect the contact information of those who downloaded your reports and ebooks. You can make follow-ups on these contacts to remind them to make a purchase from you.

Get the contact information of a prospect before sending them to the vendor?s website. Keep in mind that you are providing free advertisement for the product owners. You get paid only when you make a sale. If you send prospects directly to the vendors, chances are they would be lost to you forever.

But when you get their names, you can always send other marketing messages to them to be able to earn an ongoing commission instead of a one-time sale only.

Publish an online newsletter or Ezine. It is always best to recommend a product to someone you know than to sell to a stranger. This is the purpose behind publishing your own newsletter. This also allows you to develop a relationship based on trust with your subscribers.

Affiliate Programs ? Your 10 point check list

    without comments

More and more companies are offering attractive affiliate programs as a way of attracting more sales through the efforts of affiliates, giving an affiliate the opportunity to become a money maker with his or her own home based business. These programs can be very successful for both the company and the affiliate. However, there are good programs and bad programs. Knowing what to look for in an affiliate program can save you a lot of time and money.

It is amazing to think how popular affiliate programs have become in recent years. Today nearly every ecommerce website has an affiliate program.

Although it is normally very quick and easy to join an affiliate program for free, you can save yourself a lot of time and money in the long-term by making sure that you start of with the right company.

I normally always base my decision on joining an affiliate program on the following 10 factors:

    1. Product (or Service) – Must be a high quality product that is useful and can help people. You must be able to create a need for the product, at least in your own mind.

    2. Company – You should have a positive feeling about the company. If something bothers you then rather walk away.

    3. Price – The more affordable the price the more products will be sold through your referrals / promotions. Remember that the cheaper the price the larger your target market will be. Do not waste your time promoting a product that costs thousands of dollars. Rather focus on products that retail for between $10 and $500. That is where the money is.

    4. Commission – I would never agree to promote a product or service for under 20% in commission. There are many companies out there with great products and systems that will pay their affiliates 30% and even up to 50% commission. Why settle for 10% when you can earn 50%. Chances are the amount of time you need to put in will be the same.

    5. Training and Tools – All good companies will offer their affiliates free training programs on how they can make more money with the program. They will also offer free tools such as banners that the affiliate can put on his own website or they will give the affiliate his own affiliate website. The better the training and tools you receive the better the company.

    6. Support – You often need to make quick decisions or revert back to a potential client as soon as possible with an answer to his question. In order to succeed you need great support. You should be able to contact the company any time of the day or night by phone, online messaging or e-mail and get a reply back without delay. A company that does not take the time to reply to my enquiry within at least 24 hours is a company I would rather not work with.

    7. No obligation to purchase – You should never have to buy a product before you can become an affiliate. Don’t get me wrong, it makes a lot of sense to buy and use the product yourself before recommending it to others but I have never come across a good program that insists its members must buy the product first. I do suggest you seriously consider buying the product once you have checked out the affiliate program as well as the training and support you will receive and made up your mind that you really want to participate.

Affiliate Programs ? The advantages of being an affiliate

    without comments

Affiliate programs are becoming more and more popular as a fast-track way of becoming a money maker with an internet home based business. These programs can offer huge advantages for affiliates, especially when they offer online training, support and marketing tools. There is a lot of money to be made if you join the right program.

I am a strong believer in the value of affiliate programs and believe that the best way to start an internet business is to become an affiliate of another program or to join a network marketing company. Why? To learn as much as possible from your sponsor(s) and make use of all the free advice and tips you will receive from them.

When you are eventually ready to start your own business you will already have a lot of experience and knowledge (that you obtained for free!) that will give you a huge advantage and save you a lot of money and time.

By the way, there are many very successful internet marketers that earn all of their money through affiliate programs and network marketing programs.

If you find a great affiliate program where you can make a lot of money and you decide to stay with the company instead of starting your own new business then good for you! If on the other hand you want to start a new business of your own then you would have at least learned a lot from the affiliate program, and hopefully made some money as well in the process.

The biggest mistake people make is to jump all the time from the one affiliate program to the other without taking the time to learn and understand the program and system. There are many programs on the internet. If you are going to leave what you are busy with every time you think you have discovered a better program then you will never learn anything.

Take your time to learn and be patient. I can assure you that you will not become an overnight millionaire following any affiliate program. Like any other business it takes time to build a successful affiliate business, even with the support and training you may receive.

I tend to look at things very logically. If something does not make sense to me I rather avoid it.

    Consider the following:

You develop a great product that you want to sell for $10 on your website. It might have costed you thousands of dollars to develop and many many months of hard work with no income while you were developing your product. You are finally ready to launch your product. Since you are only one person with one website you realize the need to establish an affiliate program where you can have hundreds of affiliates promote your company and get thousands of people to buy from you. In order to get affiliates interested you must pay them between 20% and 50% of your sales price or gross profit.

I don’t know about you but the above scenario looks like a lot of very hard work without any guarantee of success. The thought of it certainly does not get me excited.

Now consider the following – You join the above company as an affiliate and earn say 50% commission on all sales. You do not need to buy the product and have no investment in the company. You can start to sell the product from the 1st day you become an affiliate and make a lot of money. In fact, the company will make 50% and you will make 50%. You have no risk and can walk away from the program anytime you wish. What a pleasure! This is what I like the most from affiliate programs.

Affiliate Program Offers Unlimited Business Opportunity

    without comments

Computers are just one of the most amazing inventions ever made by man. Because of this gadget, many improvements have been made. And it doesn’t end there. The use of the computer was even enhanced with the introduction of the internet. Communications were vastly improved, and different businesses are finding the net a very useful tool in conducting their business.

Affiliate programs are making their way in the internet world. It is a great business opportunity for any individual who desires to earn unlimited income. It doesn’t matter if you have a present job or if you’re just staying at home. As long as you have an internet connection, you can be an affiliate.

Is there an exact way to master affiliate programs? There are a lot of sources on the internet which says that they can teach you ways to master affiliate programs. But don’t believe on those deceptions, oftentimes they are too misleading, look for a good source, one that is true and already tested.

Affiliate programs are great because you don’t need an initial investment to start such venture. People with no business capital are easily attracted to this kind of business opportunity. You will be part of a particular company’s sales force, and you’ll be working on a commission basis.

E-commerce sites run affiliate programs to enable them to increase sales figures. Affiliates usually have their own websites where they place banner/button ads and text ads on email messages that promote the products of the e-commerce site. The affiliates are then paid with a certain percentage of each sale they are able to make.

Affiliate program is a practical business. You can do it part time, or if you’re serious about it, you can do it full time. If you exert your efforts on it full time, you’re guaranteed to earn more money than the casual affiliate.

Before deciding to become an affiliate, you must first establish your own website. This is where you’ll display all promotional information of your ‘mother’ company. Casual affiliates use email newsletters to get leads for the company but having a site is much more advantageous especially to the serious affiliate.

The next step is to find an effective way to drive a large number of possible subscribers to your site. You might consider purchasing a list of emails or ads to increase traffic in your site. If in the real world, you’re always avoiding traffic, well on the net, you’ll be looking forward for it. You can also combine traffic and newsletters. But make sure that you follow the company’s regulations regarding email marketing.

Hundreds or even thousands of companies offer affiliate programs. There is a need to choose one particular affiliate program that catches your interest. In any venture that you undertake, you must love what you’re doing. And if you know the products that the company offers, then it will be easier for you to sell it to other prospects.

The business opportunity that you’ve been waiting for may lie within these affiliate programs. Don’t be scared of the competition on the net, if you can survive the challenges that you’re about to face, then it means that you deserve the money that you’re earning. If you’re competitive enough, you’ll earn a great deal of money.
